Birth Doula
The Birth Doula package includes:
- 1-2 prenatal visits: In these visits, we go over the details. Some of the things that are discussed are birth preferences, birth supplies, comfort measures for pregnancy and birth, when to call your Doula, and setting up a postpartum plan. These are the prenatal basics, each visit with each family is very individualized and based on the family’s needs.
- Continuous labor support: From two weeks before your estimated due date to two weeks after, I will be on-call and ready to join you for your birth. After you’ve given birth I provide immediate postpartum and lactation support.
- Postpartum home visit: 3-5 days after the birth I will come to your home. This 2-hour postpartum visit can look like whatever you need it to be.
- Unlimited call, text, and email support from the time you’ve chosen me as your Birth Doula to the end of our final postpartum visit.

The Postpartum Doula service focuses on providing education and support during the day.
Package includes:
- 1-2 prenatal visits: During these visits, I assist you in setting up a postpartum plan.

- Unlimited call, text, and email support from the time you’ve chosen me as your Postpartum Doula to the end of our final postpartum visit.

Lactation Counseling
We provide 2-hour Lactation counseling sessions in the hospital, at your home, or remotely. A lactation counseling session is very individualized and based off of your needs. The session may include any of the following you feel you need assistance with:
- Preparing for breastfeeding: helpful products
- Importance of kangaroo Care/Babywearing
- Positioning and Latch
- How to tell if baby is getting enough
- Engorgement
- Breastmilk storage
- How to hand express
- When and how to use your pump
- When and how to bottle feed
- Nourishing foods & herbs for breastfeeding
- How to relieve plugged ducts
- Breastfeeding with a baby in the NICU
- Breastfeeding twins
- List of local breastfeeding resources
- Any other questions or concerns that have come up during your breastfeeding journey
